This was one of the weeks when I did lots of little things, but nothing memorable. Some meetings, more drawings, emailing. All these things needed to be done.

I’m glad I got it done.

I appeared in the news letter of Children’s Book illustration. Well not exactly me, but artwork from Suzy Goose and the Christmas Star. 

Children’s Book Illustration is an online gallery that sells original artwork and prints from contemporary children’s book illustrators and artists. Look what I have there.

 

Seeing my pictures on the website and a phone call from lovely Linda, who runs Children’s Book Illustration, made me finely do what I was planning to do for some time.

I went to my draw and got out all the sketches and unpublished art work. Not everything is good and somethings had to be thrown away, but I found a few pictures from Puffin Peter. I almost forgot how many extra pictures I did at the time.

I also found sketches for “Doing Nothing”, “The Lonely Penguin” and “Jonathan and Martha”.

 

   I’m going to send them to Linda next week.
